Episode 13
One of the greatest obstacles we will ever face is what we believe to be true about ourselves. In this episode, we discuss how we formed our core attitudes, values and beliefs, and what we can start doing to change them if we notice we’re undermining ourselves.
We learn so much without realising as children, and most of it actually has nothing to do with what we’re taught in school. What we really anchor in mentally and emotionally are attitudes, values and beliefs.
